- no smoking/drugs
- sorry no pets
- responsible, pay bills on time
- VERY clean (don’t leave dishes in sink, keep clutter out of main areas, etc.)
- respectful of roommates space (no frequent overnight guests, i.e. bfs that feel like near live-ins; occasional guests are fine)
- relatively quiet (keep the party outside please)
Your roommate:
- 26-year-old female. From Ohio, lived in NYC area for 4 years. Work at a children’s magazine in the city. Occasionally do writing and freelance from home, and like to keep the apartment a quiet place to come home to and work in. Super clean (I won’t chase you around with a cleaning schedule by any means, but I do like to keep things tidy and orderly). Laid back, friendly, etc.
