Hello fellow Ed’sters…I have one room for rent in my WONDERFUL 3bdrm Prospect Heights Apartment (I’m off to Spain!)
The apartment is located on Vanderbilt Avenue at St. Marks Ave. close to the B,Q, & 2,3 (about a 35 min. commute to midtown) and a short walk to Prospect Park. The neighborhood is safe has many great restaurants, bars, several wine shops, close markets and cute boutiques.
The apartment is on the top floor (3rd), has great light and has a large open living room. The space would be shared with two ladies in their late 20s. Both in creative fields(graphic designer for a major publisher and freelance art installations/design). The environment is mellow and drama free. We all get along and occasionally have wonderful dinner parties.
The room has a bright window and wood floors. Huge dining room. Large kitchen with dishwasher. The rent is $850 and the move in date is April 15. Half of April ($400) Security ($900) and last month’s rent ($850).
