I have a great 1 bedroom apartment that I am looking for someone to take over my lease.
I’ve lived here for a year, love the place and just signed a two year lease, however I was recently offered a great job and have to move. I’m looking for someone to take over the lease starting around June 1 but that can be negotiated.
The apartment is a huge 1 bedroom that can easily be converted into a 2 bedroom. Shares are welcome. Pets are allowed, its on the 3rd floor of 5-story elevator building, super lives next door, laundry in the building, kitchen has dishwasher.
The apartment is on 88th and East End across the street from Gracie Mansion.
Rent is $2,000 dollars with last rent free. The lease ends March 31, 2011, so net rent is $1900.
