I have one room available in my 2BR/1 Bath apt in the best area of the West Village (W 4th st and Charles). I fell in love with this apartment when I first saw it! I was looking all over the city and as soon as I found this one, I had to live here. It’s a brownstone building, very clean and well maintained. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up, which isn’t bad at all. The living area is huge and the kitchen is a good size as well. Your room is the smaller of the two, but it has plenty of space for a double or queen bed, dresser, nightstand, etc. The apartment itself is in great shape and very clean. The neighborhood is the best in the city. The street is tree-lined and one of the nicest areas of the w. village (and right around the corner from SJP’s apt), a block off all the shopping on Bleeker and so many great restaurants and close to 3 subway lines (The 1, BDFV, ACE). Honestly, this apartment is great.
Your roommate is a 24 yr old professional female that works in the financial district. Very clean, responsible and pays bills on time. Not to mention down to earth and looking for the same.
Move in is April 1st. I need someone to stay through June 30th. After that, you have the choice to sign a new lease if you’d like. Heat & water are included in the rent. Cable/Internet/Electric are split and come to about $80-$100 a month. Rent is $1600 mo & Security deposit is $1600.
