So when the economy/media industry manages to pick back up a bit, and the major publishers re-evaluate the duties of all their staffers, what skills will entry-level employees be expected to have? I was thinking in terms of technology, but any ideas you Edsters have would be good.
Should we all learn Flash? Dreamweaver? Content Management systems? What will be the need-to-have skill sets that hiring editors will want to see from recent grads?
