Artists' loft - Two rooms available BROOKLYN

Hello!

We are currently looking to add two roommate to our 6 person loft in East Williamsburg/Bushwick (L Train to Halsey). Utilities, internet and cable are included. The larger room is $650, the smaller room is $600. Both rooms have a few furnishings.

Two journalists (photojournalist/photo editor and an investigative journalist), two chefs (YUM!(Rouge Tomate and Bergdorf Goodman) and hopefully you! We are looking for professional, down-to-earth, clean people. We’re open to students needing a place for the semester, but we’d like someone more long-term looking to live modestly.

Our building is full of amazing artists, musicians and writers. Everyone is friendly, the neighborhood is very safe and we all take active interest in each other. We have roof-top access to an amazing skyline and full view of Manhattan (great for fireworks!)

Living in Manhattan is overrated and just not economically wise in these times. This is a great opportunity to live with some really inspirational people. This place really serves as a great “start” to New York life. We have a dog and a cat, but even the least animal-friendly of our “lofties” in the past have fallen in love with these two.

Please e-mail me if you’re interested in seeing the place. Move in day is January 1st! yay! New Year New Friends!
