I am new grad looking to find an assistant job in beauty…
As it seems there will be no new jobs other than permalance until the hiring freeze has thawed, what sort of rates are reasonable to request/expect as a permalance employee at the major companies (for example Hearst, Conde Nast, etc)?
Or is it these rates are already dictated by the companies and there is no wiggle room? How does permalance work usually?
Any help would be mucho appreciated!
