Internship offers

For those of you applying for summer internships, how are you planning to accept internships if you get an offer before you hear back from your favorite/dream one? Ever had any problems with accepting an internship, then getting an offer for one you like better?

Or maybe I’m being too optimistic and think I’ll get a ton of offers and will have this problem! ha.
