NYmag.com's Fashion Dept. Seeks Fashion Week Interns

NYmag.com’s Online Fashion Department is seeking interns to contribute to exciting New York Fashion Week coverage for New York magazine’s website. Candidates must be able to identify trends, fabrics, models, designers, and possess an overall love of everything fashion. Other requirements include proven ability to work fast and efficiently on computers, careful attention to detail, and willingness to do whatever is needed. Any HTML knowledge is a plus. The ideal candidate will have previous fashion and magazine experience (either interning or otherwise), be eager, meticulous, flexible, outgoing, professional, and be able to work in a fast-paced, extremely deadline-oriented environment.

Candidates MUST be able to work entire duration of New York Fashion Week—September 5 to September 12—including the weekend. Night positions are also available. Please DO NOT APPLY if you can not work that entire week. This is a paying position. There will be training pre-Fashion Week, with possible opportunity to continue work post-Fashion Week.
