Looking for a roommate!

Hey there!

So my future roomie and I are looking for one more to round out our roomie circle. A little about us: both female, 25 and working professionals in Midtown. Personality-wise, we’re gloriously fun, witty, and ambitious young women who just want to find someone who is going to be chill but also fun to hang with every once in a while! Oh, and I’ll throw out there that she has a cat.

About you: ideally (and sorry ladies), we’d prefer a guy roommate. Not that living with three girls wouldn’t be lovely, but we’re thinking maybe a little balance would be nice. And honestly, as long as you’re normal and have a steady income, that about fits the bill!

We’re interested in finding a place by 9/1, and have considered the nice areas of BK, Queens and Manhattan. I can bench at $800, she can maybe pull off $900.
