What has everyone been doing in their internships? Any successful pitches? I have mostly been factchecking and menial tasks around the office. I just want to see how productive my internship is…I mean am I really learning anything?

It’s only been about 2
It’s only been about 2 weeks but so far I’ve been researching events, calling companies to get photographs for the magazine, copy editing, pitching new ideas at meetings and transcribing interviews. I’ve been given a chance to try and write a small article or two, but I’m finding it very difficult because the theme of this magazine is so new to me. I will keep trying though because I really want some published clips.
