The apartment is a 15 minute walk to any of the museums on the Museum Mile; The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Frick, The Guggenheim, The Whitney etc. An 8 minute walk to the 96th st 6 train or a 10 minute walk to the 4,5 at 86th. Views of the East river from the available bedroom.

The price INCLUDES Hi-Speed Internet, Cable, ALL utilities, and GYM access to Synergy on 93rd & 2nd. The room is equipped with a great A/C and sound dock for your iPod. There is a desk and bureau with room in it for your clothes.

This is a 2 bedroom apt with a living room and fully equipped kitchen. One room is occupied by an easy-going 27 year old male paralegal with a 9-6 job. The room available is 12x12 with 15 foot high ceilings. There is an Ultra-Comfortable QUEEN size bed. Please bring your own sheets. Laundry facilities are a 2 minute walk up the block.
