I am a junior looking for my third internship. However, this summer i have been having the hardest time landing an internship, and i think it may be because i have been requesting to have phone interviews instead of flying to New York. I was wondering what people do who live far away. I live in the midwest and flying back and forth to New York is extremely exspensive. On thursday, i was asked to come in for an interview,and i asked for a phone interview, and i havent gotten a response back from them yet. Has anyone recieved internship offers in NYC by having phone interviews?
