I’ve been writing a few articles for TheCelebrityCafe.com, and some have been published.
But I’m not sure how to format the documents so they don’t look like rough drafts and organize them into a portfolio.

As you can see, the text is very unformatted. I am probably the biggest newbie on the block, so I thank everyone for their help.

Here's what I do
You could’ve fooled me that you’re a newbie..those clips are pretty impressive! What I usually do with my online clips is have a friend who knows how to do it, which I dont, format it into a PDF document using Adobe. It’s basically just cutting and pasting..but if you’re going to do that, make sure the logo from the site it’s from is there so it looks professional.
If this isn’t an option, I sometimes take the longer approach and print out the clip, scan it, then crop it (meaning, I crop all of the ads, etc out) and make it look neater and try to fit it onto one page. Then, I usually just print it out again and bring the new version with me on interviews and to add to my own portfolio. It’s a hassle, but it works, I think. But i’m sure other people on this board will give you a lot better advice.
Good luck!
