Attention Magazine Hopefuls!
The Ed2010 chapter at Howard University bka Cover2Cover will be holding it’s fifth annual magazine conference entitled “The Masthead,” April 25-27, 2008. This is the only conference of it’s kind as it is completely student produced and geared towards ambitious glossy hopefuls so we encourage Howard students to register! Previous panelists have included VIBE’s (then EIC) Editorial Director and Vice President Danyel Smith, Jane columnist and novelist Mitzi Miller, beauty expert Tia Williams, CosmoGIRL! EIC Susan Schulz, Heart & Soul’s Kendra Lee, People Magazine’s Linda Kramer, and several other amazing magazine professionals. Students from all schools and all classifications and majors are invited to register.
For a mere $30 you can register for three amazing days of magazine publishing networking, panels and workshops with meals included!
