I am moving and have 1 bedroom available in a shared 2 bedroom apartment in Park Slope, Brooklyn starting May 1. Our current lease goes until August, but you would have the option to renew. The apartment is located only 4 blocks from the park, which has a huge variety of activities going on in the summer, and close to M,R,F trains for an easy commute into the city. (There’s also a connection to 2,3,4,5,B&D trains two stops away.) Rent is $1,100 and utilities run about $100 per month. The bedroom is fairly large - it is big enough to hold a double/queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, desk and bookshelf. My roommate is great - she’s fun to be with, caring and respectful. There are multiple grocery stores, laundromats, and gyms all within a few block radius. You’re also close to many cute shops and restaurants. If you’re interested, please email me at rtd244@gmail.com.
