Currently live with a female roommate, who is moving out end of April. Seeking preferably female to move in starting May 1st.

One bedroom (9x16) available in a very roomy apartment. Bedroom fits queen bed plus other furniture. Have a full/queen sized air mattress available for use if necessary. APT includes full kitchen, full bath, full dining room, full living room and sun room. Very friendly neighbors and landlady.

10 minute walk to NW. 15 minute walk to RFG. Right near the main strip in Astoria. Laundromat, grocery, etc nearby. Utlities included in the rent. Only expenses would be cable or internet.
