So i’m interviewing like a madwoman for summer internships and am pretty confident that I have the skills/experience needed to land one. But at the same time I’m still very nervous that none of these places are going to end up offering me the internship…I’m just nervous because last year at this time I had TWO internships lined up!!
Anyone else out there equally stressed? Still looking for an internship??It’ll just make me feel better knowing people are in the same boat…

I actually just got an offer!! however, it is not my first choice so i have a week until i decide if i want to accept or not..i’m hoping one of the other places i interviewed at will offer me a position.

last summer i applied to 10-20 summer internships and didn’t get any interviews lined up until the beginning of may. after 2 weeks of interviewing i received 2 offers. so just keep applying and sending emails. summer is usually the hardest time to get an internship since students and graduates from all over the place are on the hunt. but persistence pays off.

I’m still looking for an internship (and maybe a job if I’m lucky) and I’m graduating in May. Yikes! But I’m trying to be positive because last year I applied for so many internships in April and in May…so I know I still have a month and a half left of my search and internships are being posted like crazy. I’m still sort of nervous, though, so I know how you feel. Best of luck and let us know how your search goes!
