$722 Two Vacancies in 3BR apt, $722/BR ea + utilities

Apartment has Two Bathrooms, One Shower, Lots of closet space, Hardwood Floors, Large Kitchen and Living Room, Washer/Dryer downstairs in building. Key Entry, Apartment Buzzer, Elevator in bldg, Parking available nearby.

The apartment is located in Clinton Hill with great access to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. Within walking distance: 24-hour delis, post office, Fort Greene park, grocery shopping, barber shops, dry cleaners, popular Sputnik Bar (down the block), Blockbuster, etc. It’s also near Pratt or St. Josephs so you’ll find young, creative people in the building and area. The unit is on a quiet residential street, and because the apartment is on the top floor there’s virtually no street noise.

Large closets in bedroom and hallway. There’s also additional storage space located in the basement. You will share a large kitchen (with new fridge, tons of cabinet space) and huge living room that easily fits 2-3 couches.

Two of the three bedrooms are available for rent. I’ve lived in the building for one year now and absolutely love it. Each bedroom can easily hold a double bed, desk/chair, bookshelf, etc. We live on the top floor and have easy access to roof.

Move in date: May 10

Amenities/Transportation: The apartment is located off the Classon Stop on the G train. The G train easily transfers to the L, A/C, or F trains. You can catch A/C directly off the Clinton-Washington stop, which is just a 10 min walk.

A 15-20 minute walk from the apartment (or a quick bus ride- B38) is the Atlantic Terminal (home of the Target in BK!) There, you can catch the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, W and LIRR trains.

Utilities would be split between the three of us; heat and hot water are included. Money Required: The first month’s rent and one month security (which you get back when you move out at the end).
