3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Glendale…4 blocks from the M train. 20-30 minutes into the city.

One room is $450 and the other is $550. You’d share the bathroom with just one other person.

Both are unfurnished. The 3 family house is newly built—hardwood floors throughout. Appliances in the kitchen are new. Everything is shiny and clean.

About Me: Mid-twenties female. I work at CBS from 9-6. I would prefer professional roomies with steady employment and who are looking for a long term stay. I’m quiet, respectful, and would like to keep the apartment neat (though I’m not anal about it). I’m a non-smoker and don’t have pets.

Utilities would be split equally and should come to 120-150 each (cable, internet, gas).

The neighborhood really is quiet (more of a family-type place), and I’d like to have roommates that are respectful and treat the apartment more like home than a dorm.

A laundromat is two blocks away, and a Stop and Shop is five blocks away. Also, you can go for a night out in Atlas Park with it’s movie theater and great restaurants. (Voted in NY Mag as one of New York’s best ‘Malls’—it’s more European or open air).

I’m really easy-going, and I’m rarely home during the week.
