I’ve seen a few people looking for apartments and figured this would be a good place to find some new roommates for my great apartment in Astoria!
It’s a 3 bedroom and I’ll have one bedroom opening at the end of March and another at the end of April (one of my roommates is going to work on a cruise ship, the other is going back to live in London). The price is going to be between $700-$850. One of the bedrooms will be furnished, the other will not (but the rest of the apartment is so you only need a bed/dresser/etc).
It’s a great apartment in a great area. I’m either looking for a subletter or someone who wants to share the rent. Please let me know if I can answer any questions for you!

Room sizes? How many bathrooms? Utilities separate or included? A more specific location in Astoria (not the exact address), closest subway line? When does the lease end?
