Upper Harlem Apt Might Be Available

I am actually thinking of moving out of my current apartment in Harlem (W 140s). It’s a great deal at $650 a month and 1 other, female roommate. We have a good bit of space, hardwood floors and are literally less than 1 block from the 3 train. The only reason that I’m thinking of moving is because of job offers in another city. The apartment would be available in late March/early April

just an idea
i’m actually looking to cut my lease short if i can. its clean, newly rennovated, but you’ll have to pass a credit/background check, prove income to make the rent ($1250/mo) , and i had references, but the landlord might bend on that one. i would like to leave march 14th. its a studio in brooklyn, half hour subway from midtown manhaattan. its technically availale until mid december, but i don’t think the landlord would make you stay that long.

k, there is a guy who lives
k, there is a guy who lives upstairs. good guy, he’s gone literally (LITERALLY) half of the time. he works for a company that sends him to random places. for example, he has been gone to africa for two weeks. won’t be back for another three.rent would be $700.
he’s 30, just graduated from harvard with a masters. he’s looking for a roommate, and i told him that i would recommend people.
