Hey everyone, this is my first time on this site and I’m loving it. The idea of heading into journalism is scaring me but it’s good to read about other people’s fears who are going through the same thing.
That being said, my name is Jenn and I’m going to be graduating from the Journalism Print program at Sheridan College in Oakville, ON this April. But first I have to get an internship!
I’m looking to get into entertainment writing. Is anyone aware of any entertainment magazines in Southern Ontario who will take interns? I live within an hour of almost every major city in the region. Hamilton, London, Kitchener/Waterloo, Toronto, Guelph, St. Catherines, etc etc. So a placement in any one of those cities would work for me.
