My roommate and I are ending our lease early, and our apartment is going to be up for rent April 1st. I love the apartment and the neighborhood, but the roommate situation didn’t work out and we’re each getting our own places.
its 2500, in gramercy/murray hill for a true 2 bedroom on the ground floor, rear facing. the bedrooms get good light, and there is a firehouse next door full of cute firemen that watch out for you. the landlord is cool, and the super lives in the building. there is a grocery store on the corner, crunch gym/movie theatre/borders/rite aid 1 1/2 blocks away. just a few short blocks to the 6 and around the corner from tonic/joshua tree/etc. oh and its a pet friendly building.
The landlord is going to let us out of our lease with no penalty as long as the apt is rented by the 1st, so if you’re interested let me know and i’ll give you the contact info for the guy renting it… i’m 99% sure it’ll be a no fee rental.
