Hi!
I’m an English major at my school and I’ve done some research on internships that my college offers, and I’ve only found like… 3 of them (that I’ve seen in the course catalog anyway) and they are all political related internships. I’m interested in applying for an internship in a fashion magazine or an entertainment magazine. Is it possible to apply for one and still be able to receive college credit for it? Or, should I just wait until I graduate college and then do a post-grad internship? All I’m interested in is the experience I can get. Thanks so much for your help!
Do them while you're in school!
Post-grad internships are great but extremely hard to get once you’re out. If your college won’t allow you to get credit for the internship (which it should), get a letter from your college giving you permission to at least take up the internship.
