Brian McClintock is the editorial director of a web start-up, GoSPORTn, and its two sites GoFISHn.com and GoHUNTn.com where he oversees the blogging and content creation, among other things. Previous to joining the launch of the Bethesda-based GoSPORTn, Brian did a brief stint as communications and publications manager for a non-profit in Washington, D.C.
A graduate of Syracuse University, Brian’s first magazine job was as an intern and then researcher at Men’s Health in Emmaus, Pa. He then moved to New York City to work as assistant editor and associate editor of Field & Stream. He left Field & Stream and New York City for the nation’s capital in 2009. His work has also appeared in Popular Mechanics, Men’s Journal, and other outdoor-related business publications.
